Glass Blowers

Glassblowing is a glassforming technique that involves inflating the molten glass into a bubble, or parison, with the aid of the blowpipe, or blow tube. A person who blows glass is called a glassblower, glassmith, or gaffer. 20
Glass is a combination of sand, flint, spar, or some other silicious substances, with one or other of the fixed alkalies, and in some cases with a metallic oxide. Alkali metals are some of the most basic and bare elements/materials out their. With these basic metals and substances, glass blowers are able to eventually create beautiful objects (glass objects) like vases and miniature ornaments. Below is an informative video on the art of glassblowing.
